What to Do If Your ATM Card Is Lost or Stolen
If your ATM card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately. For security reasons, only the cardholder can request the card to be blocked.
To block your card, contact our Customer Care Centre at +226 52657059 and provide the Cash Card reference number from your card mailer.
Once we receive your request, your card will be deactivated immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
A replacement card can be issued for a fee of 3,720 XOF.
