Personal Loans
Our Personal Loans are tailored to support customers who maintain an active relationship with the bank and need quick, reliable access to funds — whether for urgent domestic expenses, significant purchases, or personal investments. The standard loan repayment period is 12 months
To apply for a Personal Loan, please provide:
- Domiciliation of your personal current account with the bank.
- A completed loan request form detailing:
- Amount requested
- Purpose of the loan
- Preferred loan duration
- Guarantor information
Personal Overdrafts
Our Personal Overdraft Facility is ideal for customers who require short-term financial support and prefer a flexible borrowing option linked directly to their current account inflows.. It is a convenient solution for managing temporary cash shortages or covering urgent personal expenses.
- Maximum tenure: Up to 12 months
To apply for a Personal Overdraft, please provide:
- Domiciliation of your personal current account with the bank
- Fully completed overdraft request form, including:
- Amount requested
- Purpose of facility
- Duration of facility
- Tangible collateral to secure the overdraft
- Interest is charged only on the amount that has been overdrawn
- A one-time management fee of 2% is applied upfront
Salary Loan Scheme
Our Salary Loan Scheme is designed for customers whose monthly salaries are domiciled with the bank, allowing them to access a portion of their annual earnings as a convenient, structured loan. Repayments are made gradually over an agreed period, making it easy to manage personal financial needs without disrupting your monthly budget.
To qualify for the Salary Loan Scheme, customers must meet the following criteria:
- Active Current Account
Must maintain a current account with the bank for at least three (3) months. - Salary Domiciliation
Monthly salary and other employment-related payments must be routed through the customer’s account with the bank. - Required Documentation
- Formal request letter for the facility
- Letter of Undertaking from the employer
- Irrevocable Commitment Letter from the customer
- Employment appointment letter from the employer
